Assisted Mobility Therapy
Move Better. Recover Deeper. Reconnect with Your Body.
My work combines assisted mobility, deep tissue bodywork, nervous system regulation, and movement-based therapy to help reduce pain, improve mobility, and restore balance within the body. Each session is tailored to the individual — addressing restrictions, tension patterns, joint limitations, and the effects of stress, training, and everyday life.
Through intentional hands-on treatment and assisted movement, the body is guided toward greater freedom, resilience, and long-term function.

Where Mobility Meets Recovery
The body is always adapting.
Pain, stiffness, and restriction are often less about a single “tight muscle” and more about how the nervous system, connective tissue, and movement patterns interact over time.
At SOLACE, treatment combines hands-on therapy, assisted stretching, and movement-based techniques to improve mobility, restore function, and help clients feel stronger, more connected, and more capable in their bodies — both on and off the table.

What to Expect During a Session
Sessions are designed to be both deeply relaxing and intentionally therapeutic.
While treatment may feel calming to the nervous system, I’m also continuously assessing how your body moves, responds, compensates and adapts throughout the session. This allows treatment to evolve in real time based on what your body needs rather than following a fixed routine.
Depending on your goals, sessions may include hands-on therapy, assisted stretching, mobility work, breath work or active movement to help improve mobility, reduce tension, and support more efficient movement patterns.
Some moments are quiet and restorative. Others may be more interactive and movement-based. The goal is to create a space where your body can both down regulate and move better.
