My name is Rita Catafago
I’m a Registered Massage Therapist, Fascial Stretch Therapist, and trainer specializing in mobility, recovery, and performance-based bodywork. My approach blends clinical knowledge, movement therapy, and hands-on treatment to help clients reduce pain, restore mobility, and improve the way their body functions as a whole.
Over the years, I’ve worked with many athletes such as pro bodybuilders, weightlifters, basketball players, CFL players and everyday individuals dealing with chronic tension, injuries, stress, and movement restrictions. Every session is tailored to the individual. I combine Fascial Stretch Therapy, deep tissue work, mobility techniques, nervous system regulation and corrective movements based on what your body needs.
I believe effective treatment goes beyond temporary relief. The body adapts to stress, posture, injuries, training, and daily habits over time, creating compensation patterns that affect movement and overall well-being. My work focuses on identifying those patterns and helping the body move more efficiently, with less tension and restriction.
